  2. You need 1/2 cup butter
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
  4. Get 1 big ripen banana/ half cup yoghurt/ 2 eggs
  5. Get 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  6. Take Handful Crushed cashew
  7. Get As required Crushed walnuts
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp coco powder
  9. You need 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions to make Cashew walnut brownies:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate on a saucepan on low heat.
  3. Combine sugar all the dry ingredients together. I.e powdered sugar, refined flour (maida), baking powder, coco powder.
  4. Add the melted butter and chocolate to it along with banana/curd/ eggs (as per your choice). Beat the mixture for 5 minutes with electric beater or a hand whiskm
