The ingredients needed to cook Biscuit Cake :):
- You need 1 pack choclate biscuits
- Provide 1 pack plain glucose biscuits
- Prepare 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Provide 2 tsp baking soda
- Use 1 Sugar (Optional)
- Get 1 Milk as required
- Provide 1 oil for greasing
Steps to make Biscuit Cake :):
- Break the biscuits into pieces and put it a mixer to make it powdery
- Add milk to the seperate mixes and mix until no lumps remain
- Add sugar if you like (although I didnt since the biscuits were quite sweet)
- Mix the batter until fluffy, Add Baking powder and baking soda into the two mixes 1 teaspoon each
- Now grease a cake tin with some oil, add batters by alternating between the two
- Heat a cooker for sometime on the gas, put in a stand and put cake tin in it on slow flame
- Cover with the cooker cover without the whistle
- Let it cook on slow till 45 minutes
- Enjoy ! I serve it with vanilla icecream or have it with tea
