- Take 40 g Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
- Prepare 50 g Coconut oil
- Provide 40 g Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have)

- Get 250 g Jumbo oats
- Provide 100 g Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…)

- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.
- Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.
