- Add the sugar solution to the walnut mixture.Keep stiring on a slow flame for a minute. We can stir the walnut mixture without the flame if it is too thick.
- When the barfis are set…cut into squares and store it in a air tight container.
- When the mixture starts thickening,transfer it to the greased plate.
- We can adjust the amount of water by two to three spoons…less or more, depending on the consistency of walnut and sugar mixture.If the mixture is too flowy,we can further cook the walnut-sugar mixture for 1minute or less, depending on the consistency.
