The ingredients needed to prepare Watermelon sorbet:
- Use 500 gm water melon
- Use 2 tbsp condensed milk
- Take 8-10 mint leaves
- Prepare 1/2 of a lemon (juice)
Instructions to make Watermelon sorbet:
- Firstly, cut the water melon into small cube shape or ice cube shape. Keep in freezer for atleast 3-4 hours
- After 4 hours, take out the watermelon cubes. In a blender, add the watermelon cubes and blend it. Now add condensed milk, mint leaves, lemon juice. Blend it again.
- Now transfer to airtight container. Keep in freezer for 2 hours or until serving.
Put the frozen prosecco-soaked watermelon cubes in a food processor with the sugar syrup. Blend well, stopping and pushing the mixture towards the blades with a spatula every few seconds, if you need to, until it's a slushy consistency. Add a splash more prosecco to make a smooth slush. Spoon or pour into six chilled glasses. Dice your watermelon, and place the pieces in the freezer overnight.
