The ingredients needed to cook Watermelon Halwa:
- Take 1 big bowl watermelon pieces
- Get 3 tsp corn flour
- Get 2 tsp sugar
- Take 1/2 tsp cardamom wder
- You need 6 tsp ghee
- Get 2 tsp dry fruits
- You need 2 tsp melon chopped finely
Instructions to make Watermelon Halwa:
- Grind melon pieces.
- Add corn flour,sugar and grind again.
- Seive the juice and heat a spoon of ghee in a pan add juice to itand stir continuously.
- After 5,7min it thickens add ghee and continue stirring when it starts leaving sides of pan add cardamom powder,1/2 of dry fruits and melon pieces and mix it.
- Grease plate and pour the halwa and let it cool and keep in fridge for 2 hours. Take cut into shapes and serve.
Then again peel another layer just beneath the green layer. Roughly chop the rind and add it to a grinder and make into a paste without using any water. Heat a pan and melt ghee. Grate watermelon rind and set it aside. (The white part of the watermelon need to be grated). Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame and add watermelon rind.
