- Take ‘Yakumi’ (Condiments)

- Prepare Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Grated Ginger, Shredded Nori, Wasabi, Chilli Powder, Shiso, Myoga Ginger, etc

- Cook Somen Noodles as instructed. You don’t need to add Salt to the water as Somen Noodles are salted.
