- You need 250 gms Water Chestnut
- Get 250 gms Green Moong Daal

- Wash and soak Moong daal for 1 hr.Aftr that drain out the water from the daal.In blender add daal water chestnut ginger green chillies ajwain and salt and blend it till smooth consistency like dosa batter.
- Pour little oil over hot tawa. when hot just rub the tawa with a piece of tissue.
- Pour one small bowl of batter over tawa and spread it like dosa. sprinkle little oil on sides.
- In this batter you should also dip bread and make Bread Pakoras(green chik chak Pakoras😋)
- Make batter of Gram flour add ajwain salt red chilli coriander in this batter.. take bread slices and dip into this batter. deep fry in oil.
- Serve this Green chik chak dosa(cheela) and Pakoras with Green coriander chutney and imli chutney🙂
